I have decided to challenge myself (and hopefully inspire others to join me) to workout, train,
‘break a sweat’ everyday –
For A MINIMUM 20 Minutes Per Day for the NEXT 365 Days STRAIGHT.
EVERY day for the next 12 months.
1 full year.
NO exceptions.
NO excuses.
Personally, most days I will be walking for 45-60 minutes.
My Personal Goal is to walk every day for 45-60 minutes for 30 days straight.
Then 60 days…
Then 100 days…
Then 365 straight days….
When I reach my 365 straight days – to celebrate I will donate $10,000 to local charities to celebrate.
I welcome you to join me on this year long journey.
I encourage you to start today (Walking, running, swimming, biking, hiking, etc.).
